The Registration Process

Please note the following registration policies and then download, fill out and return to us the applicable registration form (select Registration Forms - below).

Registration Policies:

  • All registrations must be received prior to the first day of class:

    It is possible that a class listed on the schedule has either not met enrollment and will therefore be cancelled, or the class is already full. For this reason, and so that we have adequate time to prepare the appropriate equipment and materials, please always contact us in advance to register.

  • For classes starting on a Monday:

    Registrations will not be processed after noon central time on the Friday preceding a Monday class. We are closed on weekends, so registrations received over the weekend for the following Monday's class will not be processed in time.

  • Registration Deadlines:

    If there is a registration deadline listed, then please submit your registration by that deadline, or contact us to see if you can delay. If the deadline has passed and you wish to register, then please call us for the possibility of a late registration.

  • Travel Plans:

    Please not not make travel plans until we have contacted you and confirmed your registration. Classes do sometimes cancel or are rescheduled, so we recommend making refundable travel plans.

  • Payment:

    Full payment is always required in advance for all classes. Please refer to the registration form for your payment method options. Your place in class will not be confirmed until we receive your payment for class.

Submit your Registration

We usually acknowledge receipt of a registration the same business day that we receive it, but occasionally the next business day. By all means, if it seems like too much time has gone by and you have not heard from us, do contact us to check that we did in fact receive it. If you have submitted a registration form to us, but we have not yet contacted you, then you are not yet registered for class.
