Class Location:

P6 classes in Southern California are usually held at 26300 La Alameda in Mission Viejo.

Class Hours:

This 3-day course runs 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. each day. Course may end earlier depending upon enrollment.

Class Format:

Hands-On and Instructor-Led.

Classroom Details:

A light breakfast and lunch will be provided each day of class. Computers with the P6 software loaded are provided for use during class, so there is no need to bring your own. You will receive a link via email for the course manual, which you can print if you wish, however, a manual will also be displayed digitally during class.

Course Summary:

This 3-day P6 course leads you through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project to completion, using the three elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs.

Prerequisites:
Fundamental project management training, an understanding of CPM scheduling concepts and knowledge of Windows™
